Responsibilities:
WORK ACTIVITIES/CONTEXT:

  • Functionally support marketing projects at risk for delivery or top priority future projects identified. Maintains ongoing meeting cadence with Marketing Department leaders to ensure effective communication.
  • Learn and develop analysis with insights and solutions from various marketing tools or technology resources to aid ideation initiatives or ad hoc, research and planning & analysis
  • Provide marketing or technical solutions for feasibility concerns relative to resource constraints including but not limited to costing out potential vendors, software as a service selection or serving as interim team lead reporting to Senior leadership, Marketing
  • Experience in customer segmentation, database marketing and/or customer relationship management (CRM) solutions, digital marketing or campaign management
  • Experience in web analytic tools, social media marketing applications or multichannel marketing demand creation program management
  • Familiarity with digital advertising ecosystem
  • Understanding of business market planning or marketing performance strategies and concepts
  • Experience in brand planning including but not limited to integrating brand experience, monitoring brand health or communications enrolling the organization
  • Communicates and proactively coordinates efforts directly with various teams within Department, as well as external departments, to implement promotional business plan. Works directly with Project Management Team to ensure key launch dates and customer touchpoints are
  • Provides friendly service to and maintains positive relationships with both internal and external Customers.
  • Has superior communication skills and can interact effectively to all levels and internal/external Customers.
  • Works in a cooperative spirit to ensure the success of our Company.

Qualifications:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education required.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Marketing or related field preferred.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • 5-7 years in a Marketing related field.
  • Experience across 2+ marketing channels.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.

SKILLS/ABILITIES/KNOWLEDGE/WORK STYLE:

  • Strategic thinker, ability to see big picture.
  • Strong organizational skills required.
  • Strong communication and relationship skills required.
  • Must possess strong PC skills with knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and be able to organize data and effectively communicate through presentations.
  • Able to work under consultative direction without established procedures.
  • Must be comfortable with handling confidential information and presenting/communicating directly to senior management.
  • Must be Customer Service oriented.
  • Ability to exercise business judgment, to communicate persuasive conclusions and insights, and to build relationships.
  • Ability to project poise, confidence and maturity in both internal and external situations.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, often within very tight timeframes.
  • Ability to serve a full range of assignments.
  • Must have experience developing and delivering presentations to large audiences, including senior leadership.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate complex issues in a structured, concise manner.
  • Proven ability in identifying and resolving issues.

Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines.

  • Must meet confidentiality expectations as to confidential, proprietary and sensitive Company information.
