SUMMARY:

This key team member will serve a vital role in coordinating Creative print and digital photography projects. Candidates must have a passion for fashion and marketing, able to project manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced creative environment with constantly changing demands.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Photoshoots
    • Assists in building and adhering to the Marketing photoshoot/image calendar
    • Schedules and facilitates in-house photoshoots
    • Partners with Brand and Creative to build photoshoot plans and shot lists
    • Coordinates all pertinent partners on set in accordance with the shot list
    • Assists in booking talent and tracking contract usages and paperwork with legal
    • Coordinates with Producer on studio and location photoshoot planning
    • Ensures wholesale photography-specific requirements are met
    • Organizes, ships, and tracks delivery of photoshoot samples and equipment
    • Assists in ensuring images are captured on set in accordance with the shot list
    • Processes creative invoices, track expenses, and uphold budget for photoshoots
    • Samples
      • Acquires and maintains product samples and additional lifestyle product needs
      • Connects with Product Development regarding styling, fit, and detail notes for each product sample prior to photoshoot
      • Upholds sample quality and integrity
      • Images
        • Partners with retouchers to ensure images are secured, retouched, approved and available on time for creative production processes
        • Drives the creative image selection process with the Creative team
        • Tracks and maintains all product updates as it relates to imagery
        • Other
          • Maintains Creative team administrative documents including vendor contact lists, ftp information, team processes, etc
          • Assists in creative presentation needs including boards, mockups, decks
          • Creates and maintains Marketing activation overview document
          • Owns vendor relationships and communication

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
  • 1+ years’ relevant experience
  • Highly motivated team player with outstanding organizational and problem solving ability
  • Strong attention to details
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office including, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Mac) is a plus
  • Some moderate lifting required
  • Some travel required
